Customers can browse SFP websites without entering any personal information, although your website activity will be processed by Google Analytics to help SFP understand the customer's needs and to make website improvements.

Customers are asked for personal information when they inquire about purchases or services, places an order, fills out a quote request form or contact information form, or provides feedback.

Customer information that may be requested, but not limited to: a contact name, company name, account number, billing address, shipping address, phone, email address, payment information and other such information relevant to standard business practice. Customers that apply for credit will be asked additional questions necessary for the credit approval process.

Transactions and information are securely stored for future reference, unless removal is specifically requested by a customer.

Security Measures

SFP has secure practices with its data collection, storage, and payment processing. We are committed to keeping your information secure and preventing unauthorized disclosure. We do not sell, trade, or transfer any of your information to outside third parties, except for trusted companies for processing of payments.

SFP does send customer website activity to Google Analytics. We do not send any personal information to Google.

SFP websites are not intended for minors 18 and under. If any personal information is obtained from a minor under the age of 18, knowingly we will delete information immediately.

Customer Rights

Customers have the right to inquire about what personal information SFP has stored in its database. If you have any concerns or changes to your personal information contact SFP at Sales@ServicesForPlastics.com or call us at 800-627-1033.

By using SFP websites, you consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. When there are changes to the Privacy Policy they will be shown on this page.
