Preventative Maintenance

Never measure another barrel or screw again! Our on-site measuring team will come to your facility and carefully inspect barrels and screws on your molding machines. Then you will receive a complete detailed inspection report showing any wear patterns and suggestions for repair or replacement, if necessary.

With the many hats your maintenance staff is wearing these days, who has time to keep track of your industrial accessories inventory? We do! We will visit your facility to inventory items like barrels, screws, screw tip assemblies, nozzles and tips, heater bands, etc. Then we will provide you with a list of the inventoried items. This process will help you determine if you have an inventory of your necessary spare parts or if you need to order them. By ordering parts in advance, you will save money by eliminating unnecessary expedited shipping.
