We stock a wide variety of brands, plus we are able to design and
custom tailor screws and barrels per your application. We have been solving rubber molding problems for
our customers for over 20 years. With over
150 years of hands-on molding experience, our engineering team provides
all the technical support you need. PS&E is the one-stop source for
all of your rubber molding equipment needs. Our rubber screws and
barrels offer higher throughput and more melt consistency for greater
final part accuracy. We are also able to incorporate feed notches and/or
barrier flights where necessary. Using your sample, your print, or a
print from our extensive library, we can manufacture any rubber molding
screw.
Delivery
With a huge selection of barrels and screws, we
will likely have what you need IN STOCK. If we have it in our inventory,
we will ship it the same day. If we don’t have what you need, we can
build it for you in very little time. And when expediting is required,
we can ship your new screw or barrel in just TWO WEEKS or less.
